2011年11月19日 (土) 20日 (日)、成蹊学園創立100周年と成蹊大学欅祭第50回を記念し、東京・吉祥寺の成蹊大学にて国内最大規模の3Dプロジェクションマッピング上映イベントを実施します。投影対象物は大正13年竣工の学園本館 (横幅70m × 高さ20m)。そこに、複数の大型プロジェクターで高解像度のCGアニメーションを投影することにより、静止しているはずの建物がダイナミックに変形し動き出します。

とのことで、日本の学園祭でこの規模で、というのは恐らく初めてなプロジェクションマッピングが催されたとのこと。

最初映像だけみて色々思うものの、学生の作品！？頑張ってるなー、という感想だったものの、調べてみるとNHKエンタープライズとP.I.C.S.社が関わってて、とのことで、ちょっとうーん、、な感じに

もうちょっと高輝度のプロジェクタ使えなかったのかな・・とか思いつつ、大学主催だしプロジェクタレンタル高いし仕方ないのかな、、でも創立１００周年ですし・・とか
せっかくの映像なのに輝度低くって、落ち物ゲーっぽい映像のところとかほとんど見えてないしなー・・

１４日前にはティザー映像出てたみたいだけどこういうの先出ししちゃうと面白くないんじゃ・・とか（オチ見えちゃってるし
でも日本でのプロジェクションマッピングの知名度考えると先出しでこういうのしとかないとダメなのかなー・・とか

（これみると、もうちょっとプロジェクタの輝度高かったらこんな映像になってたのか！という驚きもありつつ笑）

でも今後大学とかそういう場所で、こういうチャレンジはどんどんしてって欲しいですね。今後に期待。

当日現地で見ていたDaichi Shinohara (@obonbonbon)さんから別の角度からのムービーをいただきました。こちらだとコントラスト高くてなかなか良い感じ◎

自宅の窓からの空と真っ白な雲が綺麗だったので、iPhoneアプリ、iTimeLapseというアプリを使って、タイムラプス撮影しよう・・とおもったら準備してるうちにすごい勢いで黒い雲で曇り始め・・笑

勢いで撮影は開始してみたものの、結局暗くなってしまったので途中でうちきってしまったんですが、iPhone4Sだけで撮影、デフォルトでついてた音楽つけてレンダリング（書き出し）して、vimeoにアップ、までやってみました。

だいたい30分位撮影したのを30秒に。

iPhoneだけでもこんなの撮れるよ〜というサンプルでした。

オーストリアはウィーンにある博物館集合施設、ミュージアム・クオーターの中でも人気の美術館レオポルド美術館へのプロジェクションマッピング。

白く輝く貝殻石灰岩のキューブ・直方体状の建物に、直線的・幾何学的な3Dグラフィックを多用した映像が非常に心地よいです。
たまに現れる実写もアクセントに。
